Founded in Kyoto in 1981, the company combines noh and kyogen with Western and original theatre. We host and look after their bilingual English and Japanese website, including monitoring and backups.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical project take?
A one-pager is often live in two to three weeks, a larger website or automation system in four to eight weeks. You get the exact timeline with the quote.
Do you work with businesses outside the EU?
Yes. We work in German and English with clients in Europe, the US and Japan.
Where is my data stored?
Websites, CRM, automations and email run on our own servers in German data centres. If a project needs an outside service, for example for voice AI, we tell you upfront which data goes there.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. We can move your current website to our servers and look after it, or just add parts like forms and booking.
How does payment work?
Projects at the fixed price in the quote. Monthly services are charged in advance automatically by card or SEPA direct debit. All invoices are in the client portal.
How do I cancel?
Monthly packages have a minimum term of 3 months. After that you cancel with 30 days notice to the end of the month, right in the client portal. On request you get a full backup at the end.
How is an AI chatbot different from an off-the-shelf SaaS tool?
We set the bot up for your content, your processes and your systems, and keep looking after it. You do not get a licence to do it yourself, you get a solution that is maintained.
